Cancellations & Skips
- Skip a single day with at least 24 hours' notice — call or WhatsApp (732) 525-0050.
- Weekly & monthly plans can pause for travel with 3 days' notice; remaining meals carry over.
- Refunds for unused prepaid meals are prorated and issued within 5 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is Catering different from booking the Banquet Hall?
Catering delivers our food to your own location — home, office, temple, or outside venue. Banquet Hall packages are for events hosted at our hall in Parlin. Many customers combine both: our hall for the space, or our catering for a venue of their own.
How much notice do you need?
Everyday Trays need 24 hours' notice. Celebration Spread and Full-Service Catering are best booked 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates.
Do you deliver, or do we pick up?
Both are available. Self-pickup is free; delivery within 15 miles of Parlin is a flat $40, with setup included on Celebration Spread and Full-Service tiers.
Can catering be Jain or Swaminarayan-style?
Yes, every tier can be prepared Jain-style or Swaminarayan-style at no extra charge — just tell us when you book.
Do you provide serving staff?
Full-Service Catering includes on-site chafing setup and serving staff. Add staffing to any smaller order for an extra fee — ask when you request a quote.
