What's included in the base hall rental?
Tables, chairs, a sound system, basic lighting, on-site parking, and use of our prep kitchen area for warming outside catering.
Can we bring our own vegetarian caterer?
Yes — Hall Only rentals allow outside catering as long as it remains a vegetarian menu, consistent with our pure-vegetarian kitchen.
How far in advance should we book?
Weekend dates are popular and typically book 2–4 months ahead; weekday dates can often be booked with 2–3 weeks' notice.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 25% deposit secures your date, with the balance due 7 days before the event.
