Shaak Choices (rotating, 6–8 weekly options)
Bhindi Masala, Ringan Bateta, Sev Tameta, Chana Masala, Papdi Lilva, Undhiyu (seasonal), Paneer Sabzi (+$2), Mix Veg Kolhapuri.
Dal / Kadhi, Rice & Extras
Toor Dal, Gujarati Kadhi, Moong Dal, Dal Dhokli (+$1). Steamed Rice, Jeera Rice, or Masala Khichdi (+$1). Add farsan or sweet for +$2.50/day.
Payment Details
- Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, cash, or card at pickup.
- Zelle / Venmo: send to (732) 525-0050 or khichdijunction@gmail.com.
- Advance payment: weekly and monthly plans are paid in advance to reserve your spot.
- Receipts: emailed to you at khichdijunction@gmail.com on request.
Cancellations & Skips
- Skip a single day with at least 24 hours' notice — call or WhatsApp (732) 525-0050.
- Weekly & monthly plans can pause for travel with 3 days' notice; remaining meals carry over.
- Refunds for unused prepaid meals are prorated and issued within 5 business days.
Frequently Asked Questions
How flexible is the Choice Menu really?
Very — you choose your shaak and dal/kadhi selections for each day of the week from our rotating item list, and can request swaps within your plan's free-swap allowance.
What if I don't like a swap fee?
Choose the Family Choice plan, which includes 3 free swaps a week, or the Flex Plan, which has no weekly commitment at all.
Can two people share one weekly plan?
Yes — the Family Choice plan is built for up to 2 people; larger households can add a second plan at a discounted rate (ask when you sign up).
Do you accommodate Jain or Swaminarayan requests on every plan?
Yes, all three plans can be set to Jain-style or Swaminarayan-style preparation at no extra cost.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is included in Parlin, Sayreville, Old Bridge and South Amboy on Starter and Family Choice plans. Flex Plan orders include a small $2.99 delivery fee.
